I agree...but retro styling can't carry it forever...At some point, it's gotta make it on it's own...

I agree.. the frame seems to be smaller??? No big complaints so far....

Will have to wait for all models and packages to be released before I make a final decision.

Glad I already have one in the garage though. Just wait and everyone will be trying to mod their older Camaro to look like the 2014...lol!!!!

Was never a fan of the egg crate grills our camaros got.....thus the heritage grill.....Much finer, Not really a fan of this grill, though the crome on the front came from perfectly fine tail lights that were changed to yuck........The drls were kind of nice inset kind of zl1's, how ever the halos were dwarfed by the grill, the lower grill looks as if its missing some horizontal fins........more air is nice yes to the lower valance but the grill got squeezed to make it try to look meaner? I think it would have been nice if they incorporated some how a way to inset the license plate into the front end not just slap a bastard step child black plastic frame on as we have to do or go aftermarket as i did.....it just screws up the look of the car.....and almost all states make you have a front license. I think the little hint of chrome looks nice as a accent and wondered why they never did so on a grill.....
I know a license plate holder will look huge now compaired to the thin grill. And the " heat extractor" is really a downforce inducer as the heat from the engine does not go forward when driving......And it looks anemic compaired to the zl1 almost embarassing, and of course stock wheels are just that.....
I do like the camaro, but would not be looking to take anything off of it to put on mine, especially the tail lights. It could have been more like say .........functioning rear brake cooler vents with little scoops....Round tail lights....Real chrome accents on the grill...cowl venting hood, burple, etc......

I really have a hard time believing that this will appeal to more people. Making it CHEAPER would make it appeal to more people, but people in the market for a pony car... aren't your every day folks.

And that said... if this was the model that was release in 2010 (got mine in 2009), I would have gotten the Challenger.

Also if the tail lights are the only thing, there will be numerous aftermarket tail lights, so I wouldn't make that a major issue on the car.

Same with the hood, I mean one of the first things I did was get a new hood on my current Camaro, so that's not a big issue either.....Plus I imagine they will have alternate hoods to choose from.

The strong reaction to completely changeable items is confusing...

If you didn't like the way the doors sat, or the fenders were, I would understand it, that would be a more major change factor than the hood and lights, but chop off heads cause you don't like the tail lights? seriously?
Yeah , just about even , more like 37 vs 63 for the no's

My only complaint with Cadillac right now would be the same rear end going on every car... But I'm hoping and praying the rear end on the Coupe is killer to make up for it!
I had a 1st gen CTSV and loved the styling on it. The first redesign was nice. This just looks mismatched. I just do not like the new rear end on the new Cadillacs. It works on the ATS as the front matches it much better than the CTS does. Maybe with an aftermarket GFX package on it and rear spoiler it might improve the overall look.

Im officially concerned about the design of the 6th Gen now also.
Building the fourth gen at all was what killed the Camaro. I'm so glad that GM came to their senses. The 5th gen just keeps getting better and better. Good job to the new GM.

Anyone else thinking its not the new Camaro refresh just GM having fun with us. There is no way they would give the green light on those tail light change's on top of that showing it to the world on a talk show. Smells fishy to me.
