haha. what a downgrade. I would keep my ZL and pick up a used C6 Z06, better/faster track car and much cheaper.

Ill pass on this new z28. Its funny how former 5th gen haters all of a sudden like this 2014 update. I guess a great majority of people have bad taste. I know one thing. Had this 2014 redesign been introduced in 2009 after i had seen the concept car i would of never considered a 5th gen as this refresh is hideous and bland looking.

fat chance...I hate the look of the new camaro....hate the tail lights and front...and from what i read I'm not the only one... trading my 2SS in tomorrow on a 2013 ZL1 in Victory Red thank god I found one...I seriously was overly disappointed with the "new" camaro and z/28....

The Z/28 it is an awesome machine! But I still plan on getting a ZL1, so I don't think I would do that trade... But If I could have both... Than I would be dreaming!!

Nada. The Z/28 is awesome, but the ZL1 is more suited to what I do. Can't drop the top on the Z/28.

I will hold judgement until I see one in person. From what Ive seen so far I prefer my 2012 ZL1. I do like the 300lbs less weight but I need a decent radio and A/C for those humid days in Wisconsin.

I am really glad that they are making a Z/28 again for the people that want one. If I had the choice of buying a Z/28 or a ZL1 I would get the ZL1 without a doubt. I am sure the Z/28 will be a great car but the ZL1 is more what I would want. Plus, I can't physically drive a manual and I can get the auto in the ZL1.

I must admit it, I like the new front end, but that's it. The Z/28 is an awesome car but very specialized and that in itself limits its marketability. For street use, the ZL1 is the real winner. Another thought- as far as collectability, the Z/28 is DEFINATELY the one! My guess, Z/28 will be very limited (less than 1500). Bottom line, I love where Chevrolet and GM are heading, it's good have this choice!

I could live with the front end changes but I just can't get pass those hideous taillights...sorry
The ZL1 is classy looking and looks like a monster...from looking at the pics of the z28 the wheels looks smaller too,,,just doesn't do it for me....I actually was sick to the stomach to think they were going to ruin the look of the ZL! too so I hurried out and bought a ZL1 as quick as possible...lol
cheers

NO WAY! I fell in love with my ZL1 from the day I saw it. The ZL1 is the best of both worlds, track and DD, where the Z28 isn't really made for a DD.

ZL1 has the perfect balance of what I'm looking for. Just wish I could afford both!

I hate the looks of the 2014 Camaro. But at least some good came out of it. Forced me to go down and order my ZL1 which I just heard will be built the week of May 6th.
