You will never see the bottom No I took the screws they gave and put them in the screw bin. I drilled the 1/4 holes in replacement of those screws. I already had my bumper off when I did it, but I think you could do it with it on.

Well, that's after you drag out the jack stands and floor jack, lug removal tool, do the actual jacking and wheel removal. Yeah, some people do it with the wheels on, but that must really suck. But you're right, not that big a deal. Mine blistered really bad after about a month. The installer cleaned the hell out of it before prepping, but something must have been trapped deep inside. Replaced it with an ACS T3, now that's in pieces on the side of the freeway. Just ordered a ZL1 type from RPI. Maybe the 3rd time's a charm

i didn't remove the wheels. just turn the wheels to the right/left and remove the fender liner torx. i've had my bumper/fascia off about 6 times and i've never had a problem.

I just got mine in today and I was wondering how it would look matching te color of the car.. even though mine is white, this looks great... ur ride looks nice man.. thumbs up on that.. other thing I wanted to ask as a favor, u think u could take a few pics of urs up close and where u drilled and installed bolts so I can have a real good and clear image when I do my install.. ur idea sounds good, cause honestly the little screws that came in with the splitter looks not tough at all lets just put it that way lol...

Thank you very much. I think yours would look great white to match your car. I will be more then happy to get some pics tomorrow and then I will post them. The way I did mine is very strong. I have hit it on some driveways and one curb and it is still fine.

Wow.. thats pretty cool.. all the way around that looks freaking sweet.. yeah man love it, just what I need and hope to end up with, got the idea from my friends, they were all bitchy at me cause I wanted to leave it black, and they were all crazy about it telling me not to do that, that I needed to painted white to match with the car, it would make the bumper look like a one thing deal and look more apreciating that just leaving it with a black finish... and it does look awesome I have to admit.. thanks man.. I defenitely know what I want now, any details on prep..

same here when i had the SS splitter i removed tape and replaced with 3M HD tape used primer / adhesive promoter.

the area i attached it to i cleaned with rubbing alcohol, windex and simple green.

finally i replaced the screws with locking bolts and lugs/washers it held on like a champ.

only removed with i did a ZL1 swap
