You will never see the bottom
No I took the screws they gave and put them in the screw bin. I drilled the 1/4 holes in replacement of those screws. I already had my bumper off when I did it, but I think you could do it with it on.

its much easier to do it with the bumper off, took me less than 20 minutes to remove it.

I did mine with the bumper on the car... its ur call.. either way, bumper removal is like 20 mins tops...

i didn't remove the wheels. just turn the wheels to the right/left and remove the fender liner torx. i've had my bumper/fascia off about 6 times and i've never had a problem.

i went to a friend of mine and he put it on a lift. didn't have to take the bumper off but i do need to find a better way to reinforce it. the 3M tape sucks

same here when i had the SS splitter i removed tape and replaced with 3M HD tape used primer / adhesive promoter.
the area i attached it to i cleaned with rubbing alcohol, windex and simple green. finally i replaced the screws with locking bolts and lugs/washers it held on like a champ. only removed with i did a ZL1 swap |
