Although the number of pixels does have an affect on the quality of pictures, it is a common misnomer that more pixels = better pictures. The quality of the photos is more dependent on the shutter speed, and cell phone manufacturers are starting to realize that. Al9ng with the faster processors allowing for faster shutters.
