Great interview, while he did play it safe I enjoyed the clip. This thing just sounds expensive by the way he came saying it was a track car and it blows everything out the water as far as compeition is concerned. I am impressed with the MPG however, lol. I wonder how recent this clip is? I know the Mustang has won over the Camaro a few times as of late as far as car sales go.

I particularly liked the part where Al is talking about the Z/28 in racing and says "My hope is that we'll get a series created where this car can compete..."

I had a feeling there was something in the works with the big 3; they aren't spending all this development money creating these kinds of cars just for HPDE weekend events.

If your saying that the name Z/28 is why this car is going to be expensive I'll remind you that Z/28 was originally an RPO number not even a name. Both the components and the performance of the car made the name and that looks to continue.

If this is not what your stating then move along as there's nothing to see here.
