Silver car
This is the start of my build, 2010 Camaro ss i got in March 7 2010. I am a huge nascar fan and to fast in the sport you have to find the (gray area) so to speak to have a edge over the other cars and stay in the rule book. So that is why i choose the name. I went to my first autocross at the goodguys Nashville nationals in 2012. After that I started looking at how to make this thing handle better. Then they said they where going to make a track ready Z/28. I was ready to sale my camaro and get one. Well i waited and waited. They are only going to make 300 to 400 and that means lots of money. So I went with lets see what we can do with aftermarket to make this thing fast and handle like it is on rails.
If you click on the pic it will get bigger Things I plan to do: Better seats i am all over this thing Maybe a Tiger cage with some 5 point harness Pedders coil overs, bushings and sways wheels and tires that stick and will help with the over stear long tubes and exhaust 416 stroker motor Hammer head rear end with a 3.73 gear or 3.91 dont know yet take some weight out of the car to make it handle better It is a auto i am looking at doing a swap or just pulling it and sending to circle d, but i want to do the swap I think this will look so tough with a flat gray 3m car wrap

Started on the suspension, you cant put a lot of power to the ground with out the proper suspension to get it their. So some phadt trailing arms and bushings are needed to stop that wheel hop. This alone can help you launch faster and not worry about breaking a axle.

Now we need some lighter wider wheels and tires. I started with some 18x9.5 front wheels and 18x10.5 rear forgestar 14. On nitto 555 265-45-18 295-45-18, wider is better. Made the car faster and handle better with less rotating mass.

The hardest thing is getting the old bushing out of the hub assembly. I spent the extra mine and got the tool to make it easier. Yes it is a much needed up grade

Shocks in with the new sway bars and upgraded end links to take out the slop from the stockers. Got the hd radius rod bushings in to.

I went with the conversion fe4 rear with the new sway bar locations. The rear cradle incerts really help the rear not move around under heavy cornering. These sways are huge over stock.

this car is all together different. Feels like it is on rails and has no body roll. It really feels planted on all four corners.
