Made a few minor esoterical changes. Also, Fixed a problem with the convertible ZL1 not showing the gas guzzler tax for the 6 speed manual. If anyone has suggestions, please feel free to do so.
 Note: if 1LE package is selected, the short throw shifter is included with the package. So no need to pay for something twice.
