Drag Radial Questions....

Is Nitto the only company that makes drag radials that will fit stockk SS rims?

I am gonna need rear tires very soon and definetly need drag radials (car breaks loose under WOT in first at 2500 rpms and 4500 in second).

Just wondering what choices there are and what sizes are available...

SS, A8, Procharger, M&T's and stuff...

The only drag radial that will "properly" fit on the stock 9" rear wheel is the Nitto NT555R (275/40R20). That's it!!!

That being said, I've seen a few people install the wider 305/35R20 on the 9" rims too. M/T also makes a nice 305/35R20....but's too wide for a 9" wheel. I've even seen the NT05R 315/35R20 installed on a 9" wheel too. Hey....nobody said it was a smart idea!!! Personally, I wouldn't recommend it.....but to each their own.

I've seen the 305 MT's on the stock 9" wheel, it's a bit wide but doesn't look too weird.
