did i get that right?

anyway. since manuals have a slight halt in production, my tenative build date is bumped up a week .

i think next week, the build may start. they say im 3400. yay for me!

sorry about my luck being at the expense of the bad luck of the ls3 boys.

Negative! There was never any "halt" in production for the LS3's, just a slight halt on shipping. But congrats on moving up! Never a bad thing!

just going on what the dealer said. they told me the plant picked autos over manuals this week. if anyone that can refute this, feel free.

I went from tpw of 7/27 to 7/20 just after the ss mn6 issue was announced.

Exactly my point. There was no effect on production because of the M6 issue, only shipping. TPWs jump around. We can only guess why.

Are you for real?
There is currently a 100% constraint on MN6+LS3, which means they cannot be ordered. I'd call that a full effect on production.

there is a thread that went on for days about the issue.

notaninsider has more info than us, production on m6 was not stopped as long as you were already in system at 3000 or higher, other than that production was haulted as he mentioned, there are still no new orders for M6's being accepted into the system. Could this change yes it could but as of now according to our friend notaninsider is has not changed yet. I'm sure while they were figuring out how big the problem was they didn't want the system to back up with M6 orders.

That's partially true. If your parts weren't in for it (aka if you weren't at 3400 before plant shut down), you aren't getting built for a while. There is a MN6 supply shortage.

exactly. Supply shortage because they stopped ordering them from Tremec until issue is resolved.

It was published if your at 3000 or higher your ok not just 3400. I was/am at 3000 with tpw of 8/3 and haven't been pushed back.
