Ya I had no interest in new cars until the 5th gen came out! I was right at home with my 70 cutlass! And I am pretty young on top of it, but newer stuff has been so lame until the last few years! These camaros remind me of having a real muscle car but with new car comfort.

Hey Mike when you removed the front sway bar were you able to snake it out with a wheel off the car? Looks like it would be easier to do on a lift?

Yes but the tire has to be off, I pulled it out from the driver side.

Yeah that's what I gleaned from doing a little searching... Adding that to the list.

Been driving mine everyday without it, I actually like it better! I was looking at some old school impala's and caprice's online today. Getting some ideas for a sweet cruiser... Just need more money lol. One toy is just not enough

Yeah I cruise the Mercury here and there in good weather... Has a cammed SBC, TH350, 8.5 10 bolt it can do 90mph no problem.

I bought a new diff, just the 'posi,' now looking for gear. Going to get 3.91 unless awesome deal on 3.70 falls in my lap.

Going to pull the trigger here pretty soon for valves for a set of new bare castings I have, and then send them out for porting. Cam will get ordered over the winter too, plan to stay VVT so I will also need pushrods and a set of lifters (which ones?).
