Does the BCM send a (-) or (+) signal to the lock motor to lock/unlock the doors? If it sends a (-) signal, would it be possible to do all the wiring inside the door without going through the door connector?

How much for the 2 connectors and pins? How long did it take once ordered? Did you use 18 AWG?

Got my wire and connectors in the mail today for this mod. Like DWALEX said at the start you need to make a small mod to Conectors tyco (2) #1379029. Here is a couple of pictures of the mod you need to make. Simply cut the notch off smooth and the connector slides in and clips into place.

At the request of some members.
I'll post why is not very feasible the wiring directly to the actuator: OK. the BCM monitors the voltage level of the door lock and unlock signal circuits. when the central door lock switch is in the open position, the voltage level in the signal circuit will be 12 volts. when the central door lock switch is pressed to the lock or unlock position, a signal will be sent to the BCM requesting a lock or unlock command. the BCM, upon receipt of a lock or unlock signal, will supply battery voltage to the door lock actuator lock or unlock control circuits. since the opposite side of the lock actuator is connected to ground through the other lock actuator control circuit, the doors will then lock or unlock as commanded.
