ACS z28 inspired spoiler

Since it's now on ACS's website, I can now post pictures of it! I've been waiting a month to do so! What do you guys think of it?

This spoiler sure looks sweet. I really like the flow and the satin black is a great match to the ACS splitter and rocker panels I have. ACS makes a nice product . I would love to add this to my car. The bad point is the price $569.00 paint $199.99 then shipping . This would be close to a $800.00 Spoiler . I passed it by the wife and that didn't go very well. As she stated the GM high wing sells for $450.00 painted and we thought it was a little high also . Then I found the Z28 spoiler on Phasetek for $300.00 then painted would be around $500.00 . Great look and I know I would love to have it but still to pricey . Hopefully the price could come down a little in the future.

Also I like there is no third brake light . And how is it mounted ? Does this bolt up to the factory holes from the RS spoiler ? Is there 4 bolts or 6 bolts .

My $0.02, It looks a little higher than the ZTA spoiler but it also looks from the photos above that may interfere with the view of the CHMSL in the rear window. Also the ZTA spoiler is around $200 and can be painted by any local body shop cheap! ($75 for mine)

Almost $800 for this spoiler?

Sorry, I'll have to Pass!

ACS makes great looking stuff, but their prices just don't seem to be competitive :( very sad really. I Know that they take a risk on making stuff and try to get back their R&D costs, but I would think that with how many people actually like their products, they could sell a whole lot more if their prices were a little more realistic.

$569 = Primed ready to paint .

Add $199 painted satin Black

Oh and shipping oversized is $100.

Total $869...

Might get free shipping from PhaseTek ,But they bump the price up to compensate ..

Don't get me wrong I really love this & really want it . But logic is a cheaper ZL1 or different Z28 one .

The price is higher, but make no mistake, there are hardly any differences at all, if you were to take 100 of their spoilers and compare them side to side. Also the finish is smooth, no bumps and imperfections. Basically, their stuff is built in-house and not some location far far away....to save costs. I have visited their facility, quality is top notch there.

I paid a lot less for my Anvil, and yes I LOVE the design, but trust me when I say, you get what you pay for, and I'll leave it at that.

Sometimes we need to figure things out ourselves .

I have a 2010 Ls without a trunk spoiler. Has
anyone here drilled holes for mounting and if
so was it difficult? Also will this provide any actual
downforce if you're not going 150mph?I

On street cars, it's really just for looks. You won't go fast enough, long enough to need it really on the street.

Just my .02
