this question is too vague...but a good start is any mtx or fosgate amp. Trusted names...and with true rms power ratings. Don't cheap out.

I already ordered the fark harnesses. I used to have xtant old school amps and I loved them. Wish I could find some of them again.

noob question.. when you replace the factory amp with an aftermarket can you attach subs to it? or do you still need a second amp for the subs. This is using the fark kit for the ba system.

You'd need to get an amp that has the additional channels for a subwoofer output.
There are a few out there. I ran a second amplifier for the subwoofer (mono amp). I used the FARK kit and replaced the factory amp with the JL XD 400 amplifier and I have a single 12" woofer running on a Kicker 400 watt mono amp. So I am running 100x4 and a 400 x 1 I used the pass through RCA jacks on the JL amplifier for the signal to the subwoofer amplifier and ran two sets of power and ground wires. There are options for amps with 5 channels (4 for main speakers and one subwoofer channel) if you only wish to run one amplifier. Certainly this can be done.
