Girl who needs some lighting advice

Hello all. I have a 2014 LT Camaro with regular lights and would like to put in halo rings. From what I see, if I want just the rings (remove current lights), I'd have to have an entire new assembly with projectors, which aren't out yet, right?

Finally....Is there any difference in the DAYTIME look between the scenario above vs just putting in a halo ring around existing light and wiring it so that only the halos will be the daytime running light?
I don't know much about modifications or lighting.
Thanks, Sarah

Hi Sarah,

You should be able to buy the RS head lights to get the halo ring but those will cost you OEM Prices, I am not sure about aftermarket yet since I have a 2010

Not sure about your second part question but You can take apart your current headlight and get a ring from a company and wire it up to your DRLs or you can wire it to be on whenever the car is on either way the light output will be the same in both situations.

Seen some 'eagle eyes' aftermarket ones that I think are plug-n-play. Cheaper than OEM. And a good color choice on your camaro, btw..

No aftermarket halo style lights available for the 14's and 15's yet, probably won't ever be.

You can search ebay for stock RS headlights and purchase the wiring separate or find someone to open your stock lights to place the halo inside.

I am getting disappointed when waiting for aftermarket headlights for 14's...
Why it takes so long to make it?
