Good thing the raiders have a ton of cap space, because if they want to sign Suh, they will have to pay 13.3% more just to pay the same as a team like, say, the dolphins.

Not only do they have it, they have to spend it. They might have to pay that much more than a team that is a contender but not the Dolphins, they aren't that much better than the Raiders.

pfff, dolphins are close to being playoff contenders. raiders are close to not being at the bottom of the barrel...that's a huge difference.
