I was a stop light recently, talking with my wife in the passenger seat, as I look over an old fully restored el camini slowly rolled up next to me and the guy was staring at my car in amusement, he continue to roll slowly and stare, until he slammed on his brakes and came within inches of rear ending the car in front of him.... I couldn't help but laugh

On Monday, a group of us went to lunch with some vendors. We all rode in a Tahoe, and I was stuck in the middle. The guy beside me was looking at my car, which happened to be parked next to us. He looked at me and said.. "that a nice Camaro!". I replied with, "Thanks!". He looked at me funny and asked me if it was mine. After I told him it was.. it made me feel a little proud
 .

My best compliment was in actions, not words. A month after purchasing my 2013 2LT/RS/A6 I went to my daughter's middle school to pick her up. I parked in the pickup loop which was observable from the school lobby. As I was sitting inside waiting for my daughter to finish up at her locker, I saw a group of no less than 12 teachers and kids clustered around the car admiring it. Several took camera phone pictures in front of it. After last dismissal bell a lady and her son posed in front of the car and took several selfies. Lastly, the bus monitor and her assistant were waiting nearby when I brought my daughter out to go home and they complimented the car saying it was the nicest Camaro they had ever seen. I was grinning for the rest of the afternoon...

Had a kid about 8 yrs old stand in front of my car for about 10 minutes just saying "Wow" over and over. I was at a car show at the time and won kids choice that day. Always cool to see little kids reactions to cars like that!!!
