They don't do the replacement themselves, I meant that is where you buy the LED itself. A dealer might be able to replace them, but they would probably bake and pry open your headlights, which I would not recommend. There are three tiny bolts that hold the halo LED in place, and they are accessible without having to open up the entire headlight (though getting to all three of them is very frustrating). Once you have the stock LED chip out, disconnect it, and then send them off along with the brand new LEDs to someone who can solder on the new ones. This is gonna be one of those cases where if you want something done right, you'll need to do it yourself.
