Need help ASAP both windows won't work

My Camaro had been sitting for 3 years I got it running with a jump to drive it up the lift to change the oil and at some point during the starting of the car and driving it to the lift 2 stalls over I put the drivers window half way down. After doing all the maintenance to the car I was going to wash it and the window would not go back up so I tried the passengers and it didn't move either. I opened the passenger down and the window indexed down but when I shut the door it did not index up. I checked fuse 26 in the engine bay it looked good but I swapped it with 27 and nothing changed. What else am I missing. I tried the relearning by disconnection the door harness but my DIC never told me to move the window. It is like the car doesn't know the doors are there. Also when I open the doors the light doesn't come on and it is in the correct position to come on when the door opens. The mirrors work and so the the trunk release. I just flew in from Germany I am jet lagged and losing my mind over this issue. Also I need to drive the car from OK to AZ in the next day or two.

***Just noticed that when I turn the car off and open the door the radio does not turn off.***

Try disconnecting the Batt. for an hour, then reconnect.
do you have access to a volt meter, you should see 12v on both prongs of fuse 26.

I will try disconnecting the battery tonight. I was going to buy a multimeter tomorrow and try and follow the power. I am looking for diagrams on the internet right now.

Thanks

I have 12VDC on the bottom prong (which is closest to the front of the car) when the car is off or on.
I get 0VDC on the top prong with the car off or on.

Anybody have diagrams so I can chase the wiring if indeed both prongs should have 12VDC?

Gutterball where did you get your information from?

Thanks,
Joshua

I started tearing out all of the interior to see if a mouse might have gotten in and guess what I found (I hope that is all the mouse did). The green wire is the one for the windows and cutting power to the radio and such. I temp repaired the green wire and wrapped the other one. Everything works now. I will repair them correctly when I get home.

Thanks for the help Camaro5

I had suspicion mice were involved when you said the length of time it was put away. Glad you found it quickly.
