Trying to update DRL Bulbs

Hi All,

I am trying to replace the DRL bulbs but I can't get the old bulbs out. When I study YouTube videos, the bulb socket simply pulls out. I attempted the same maneuver and had to stop short of breaking things. What am I missing?

Anybody? I'm half way there. I installed the harness, but I am worried that I will break the factory DRLs. It is tight in the fender well and I don't want break the factory bulb and end up with a bigger problem.

It worked out well. Separating the light from the housing wasn't the problem. What I was struggling to do was swap out the bulb from its plug which meant pressing it's release button which I didn't see initially...
Thanks.
