Exhaust idle louder
Ok so I've searched and searched but can't find anything, I put a BTR stage 3 cam in about 2 months ago, upgraded valve train the whole works. I also have long tubes, high flows, SLP resonators that are hollowed out and muffler delete. This might be a dumb question, but is there anyway I can get my car to idle like when it idles at cold start, I know it idles like that because it's getting the engine up to temp and it's running richer, but it just sounds so aggressive, and once it's warm it still has a lot of chop but it's just so quit. I asked my tuner and he said he would try to figure something out to see if he could do it without messing up the drivability. But I wanted to see if you guys had any input, and no I didn't buy the cam for sound, I bought it for performance, and now that I have that, I'm wanting to figure out the sound. Thanks

My tuner also tried to adjust idle but that didn't do anything as for sound volume.

It funny I noticed this today only put on 800 miles since install. It still sounds good but I know what you mean. I'm hoping when I install the rest of my exhaust I have 17/8 arh no cats. Going to run x pipe and 3inch all the way down won't help the lob but should make it a little louder maybe.

When i had my heads decked and bumped my compression ratio up it completely changed my exhuast note for the better. Its a little much if all you are looking for is sound but if you're looking for gains as well it may worth looking into.
