At this point op, I would look into taking off the front bumper, which would shed light as to what is going on with your issue.

worthless thread strikes again. Push it back in and if that does not work pull the bumper off and inspect area. Then you may ask questions at which point you will probably be confused.

"I may ask questions" HAHA what an a$$hole! Who do you think you are?
What is with people taking all the time to post this kind of ridiculous reply? Reminds me of the ones that type in "do the search" If you don't have anything to add move on...forums are to help
I asked if anyone had seen this.... yes BEFORE I took the time to take the bumper off. Maybe there was simple way to correct... maybe not.

Anyway (in case someone does search this in the future and try to see if there is any way to save time) I did have to go through the steps of taking the bumper off. There was no indication as the "why" the gap appeared, nor marks, missing parts etc. - Reassembled and it seems fine so far. Hopefully its a one off.

First tought that came to my mind was,"maybe someone tried to pull it out" ... Any signs of that?

I have an RS front too so its of interest...

Oh, and don't mind the unnecessary comments, im new on here and it does seem (from my short membership) that some regular's have AssHole mentality.... You know, they kinda think they own the place and are better than others... they seemingly have nothing else to do than anwser as many posts they can with stupidity. HELLO!!?? Who ****in cares if its a silly question to you, if the person that posted it, took the time to ask, its because he or she needs help, which is the reason most people come on here for.... If you dont like the subject, or anything relating to it, just move the **** on and dont say anything!!! Nobody asks from you...

Its sad that the administrators do not take this matter into hands because the site has already lost many new members because of these idiots and it also pushes away potential members that could have great knowledge to bring to the site, but they might prefer to not do the effort from beeing afraid to have to get into a conflict as its not everyone that can anwser back, or wants to.... You have to understand tough and agree with them that, its not really worth much anwsering these no life person's!!! Lol!!!

Please let me know if you find out what caused this to your car....

Thanks!
