10 psi safe for regular driving on stock motor ls3?

Exhaust cam car adding in blower
Tvs2300 Magnuson blower
Ati ten rib pulley kit
3.20 front pulley
1.1 cog drive rear
Jannety racing tensioner bracket
Zl1 fuel pump and control module
60lb injectors
Brian tooley stage 3 cam w supporting mods
Long tubes 1 7/8
Straight pipe
1000 hp axles

Looking like it'll make around 10 psi on this setup. Wondering if that's a safe number for regular driving with little racing here and there

Not without some added octane IMO.

Either meth or e85.

Was considering adding a boost a pump also. What would be a good methanol kit to consider? Just trying to wrap this install up. Only looking for around 600 hp

Too much for a PD blower on a stock internal engine if you ask me. I'd say drop the boost. If it were a centri blower then I'd say 8-10 max.

What about methanol over e85. Not many e85 gas stations here

Yes Methanol could work great for the added octane at that level.

Alky Control makes a great kit.

Purely oppinion here.
I would run a larger pulley and run about 8 PSI. Only cost you about 40 hp and be a real strong car. Don't get caught up on the number. You'll have a strong car and less issues with the driveline.

You can run that rig all day if the tune is good and you have plenty of fuel. You should be right at 10psi. Run it and enjoy!

I ran 10lbs and nitrous on a PD blower. I was on 93oct. Motor is still strong. No oil loss no problems. Just everything around breaks. Like the drive line lol

Yes it can be done safely with the right injectors and the right tuning.

You do not have enough injector to support your build move to ID-850s.

Thank you for your business.

Ted.

Of course with the ZL1 pump, I am running out of pressure at commanded 65lbs at high RPM, I am hoping the BAP will fix that; at least until I can put a aftermarket dual pump setup in it.
