launch control acting up after tuning?

i got my car re tuned and when i got it back i go double tap the botton that activates launch control and the rpm needle goes to about 5k then comes down to about 4k then bounces back up to 5k again and then it finally settles still at 4kish, this is with me holding the pedal to the floor the entire time like im supposed to. any thoughts? probably just an easy fix in the tune?

You can get better times without the LC anyway. Don't use it.
