Where can I get titanium exhaust wrap and how much do I need??

So I've been thinking of getting my exhaust wrapped. I would do my headers, but I was quoted about 700-800 bucks to have them wrapped because they are more complicated to wrap, it only 100 to do my exhaust. I'm just wondering where I should get the titanium wrap from? I have a corsa sport 3" zl1 exhaust and I don't know how much wrap I need exactly. Any help? Feel free to tel me the cons and pros to getting exhaust wrap.

You can do them yourself it's truly way easier than it seems, just to be sure I would get 75ft of 2" wide. Honestly unless you have fuel lines running within 1/2" of the exhaust I wouldn't waste your time or money wrapping from the headers back. The whole point of wrapping headers is to reduce the amount of heat in the engine bay. The underside of the car sees plenty of moving air that it's not nessacary.

I'll have to look into that for sure. I'm still deciding if I should get my headers wrapped instead of my exhaust, but it would be more expensive for sure. Is there any real power gains from getting the headers wrapped?

It's for under hood reductions only. Have never heard of anyone gaining any significant power with wrapped/coated vs naked. My Speed Engineering headers were cool to the touch within 2 minutes of key off.

You don't get power from wrapping headers. The "gain" you get is cooler engine bay temps so you suck in cooler air.

The reason I decided to wrap mine is because I just had a motor mount go bad and I think part of the problem was the heat from the headers. I put in poly mounts and don't want those to go bad due to the same problem.

Well some performance sites are saying that their header wrap improves or gains more power. I know for sure it makes the engine bay cooler. That's a good thing. I also have poly mounts engine mounts on so maybe I should invest in header wraps to save them now?

The headers are the only parts that really need it, but if you intend to do the full exhaust from headers all the way to differential, we would recommend getting 150-200' of 1.5 or 2" DEI titanium wrap (available from ebay and a number of other online retailers). After cleaning the pipes well, wrap tightly using 25-50% overlap and metal zipties at the start and finish.
