Dude its not that hard to make a MAF housing from billet aluminum. The G5CR kit has been out since July of this year. Your not the only company on the planet that has a CNC machine to make the MAF housings. I personally have one on my car and am very happy with heatshield or not. The air filter is not unknown, it's an S&B filter which are made in the USA.
I'm curious how adding 5mm to the housing is increasing performance without needing a new tune. Are there any issues, I'd consider buying one for that price. Will I gain anything over the 95mm stock size. Do I need a tune?
