Door Window Question
I just got a 2014 vert. When I open the door, unless I open it extremely slow the window catches the edge of the roof. The window indexes down like it's supposed to but it's like it doesn't do it fast enough. Is this normal?

I lift the handle fully and then open the door so I guess I pause before I tug on the door.

My 2010 coupe does the same thing. I noticed at and started doing doing what the previous poster said, but I don't think the problem is being too slow. It's that the window doesn't roll down when you pull the handle, it rolls down when you start to open the door. Seems to be a bad design.

Your windows need to be re-calibrated. Refer to owners manual. Simply involves following the instructions on when, and which window to roll down and up.

I index one window at a time.
Just roll it down and then roll it up, but continue to hold the button up for 7 to 8 seconds. That should reset the seal properly. Like stated above, read the owners manual. I called my service tech and he told me how to do it.

Mine are calibrated and I have to open the door slowly with the top up or it will catch the top
