Any one done this before? I'm thinking the design is much more appealing than other options like hex vents, ACS 4teen extractor and TL1/TLE/T10 insert.

Or if someone could photo shop the 16/17 SS heat extractors onto a 10-13 in the position that hex vents would be that would work too i suppose.
