The accent light on the inside of the doors question
Does or is this light supposed to go around the dashboard also?

No the ABL lights only are on the door panels. I think the new 2016 and up Camaros get it on the dash as well.

It’s just 2 light tubes & 3 lights. The hard part is getting it to sit right behind the molding
