I checked them best I could last time I torqued the end links and they looked solid (took 65 ft-lbs over-torque with no problems, movement, or sounds). Besides, wouldn't that work the brackets until they broke?

That is what I am thinking, one of the brackets welded to the strut may be cracked at the weld and ready to break. It is really unusual for an OE sway bar to make a noise unless there is something wrong.

Turned out to be the driver side front lower suspension arm. Rubber was shot, dealer replaced, all quiet again.

Ok guys, after installing 1LE suspension parts I’m having this problem. I believe it may be the off brand sway bar link I had to use since the Moog and AC Delco weren’t in stock. Should I go Moog or OEM?

I always go with OEM if available. Even if I have to wait a day or two.
