Has anyone tried to register yet with there Camaro since it was sold out? Rumor might be that if you don't bring a Camaro you are told Sold Out. Worth a try.

Yes, at 9AM ET when I registered (bringing my 2SS) I got the sold out / waiting list notice.

People actually bringing their car will get some preference. The point is to create a huge Camaro Corral at this event.

The goal was to fill this thing up with Camaros 1st and then 2nd with anyone else. I don't think anyone expected it to fill up like this. 1000 Camaros in attendance will be cool.

Becky D from Rodgers Chevrolet told me that the special ordering cut-off dates for the 2015 are as follows:
- convertible: 4/24/15
- coupe: 6/26/15

One of my local dealers gave me the exact same dates.


So those that are on the fence about a '15 or '16 Camaro will be alright.
Those that want a 'vert, well, you're gonna have to gamble either way.

Great news!...but the launch will not be made within Grand prix weekend instead 2 weeks ahead on May 16th. I don't get the reference to it then? I really liked that Idea of the launch on the Grand prix weekend knowing the Pirelli World Challenge Camaro's will be there racing for the win and the large crowd available for unveiling time.
