That's the weirdest mistake I've ever seen. It's almost creepy that they know your maiden name and family members' addresses. They know where you're whole family lives.

Same here. My name was spelled wrong, and they used a mailing address different from the one I used on day of order. ? Someone must have manually entered our names from a general Chevrolet data base, and was not able to directly dump the info directly into this mailing. No big deal I guess.

I have not recieved my letter yet, but I ordered on November the 1st. I live in Virginia.

I am not certain what happened to you BUT the dealership where I ordered had a computer database with MY info in it already when I went in to place the order. I gave them some info and they found me in there. I have never been there before - never purchased a new car for myself anywhere before. Somehow they have this info.

Not a big deal but I suspect the dealership "checked the wrong box" on accident when they were entering your order. You might get back with the dealer and look into it but either way, you have a car on order.

NOW - If you get another letter at the correct addresss just like the one you got earlier at the wrong address, I would worry! :( That might mean someone has ordered a car using your erroneous info. Maybe identity theft, maybe just a bogus order.

^I would guess that they are using a database that was out of date. Go to your dealer camarogirl21 and check your address there.

Sounds like they used your (The Blur) social security number to get this type of info. You may want to go to your local Social Secruity office and have your personal information updated.
