if you have any troubles during the install you can call me if you need, i know it's not my part, but if i can help let me know.

as has been said already, just check the fitment as best you can prior to install, once you press the stock bushings out of the car you will not be able to press it back in if you find the fitment is not correct.

Thanks for the offer. If they dont fit right the car is going to sit disassembled until the new ones show up. I aint gonna do this twice.

I did the full ES bushings by myself in my garage with a floor jack and jackstands. The hardest part, by far, was getting the factory hats off and bushings out.

Here's the thread I made:
http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=108777

Not a how to or anything like that but might give someone some insight.

Caverman,

Sorry for being so late. I have been tending to a family matter.

Being politically correct, I'll post in generalities. a 15/16 socket will work on a 24mm bolt, but it isn't a perfect fit. For many people it would be good enough. Others would want a socket that fits perfectly. Pedders parts are designed to meet the demanding standards of those that want a perfect fit. Having typed that, nothing is perfect. At Pedders we strive for perfect knowing that perfect is next to impossible, but if we try for perfect we get really really close.

Fedex has lost my package for the past 6 days. They say I "should" be able to get it tomorrow. And apparently the help number on their door tags that says " call this number for help with delivery of this package on the door tag" isn't a help line for door tags or the packages that are listed on them. It's another department that doesn't transfer messages to the department that actually can help and deals with packages. It's Fedex and someone says shipping isn't my department. She said she only works with computers and then failed to correctly send the email to the other department. Friggin idiots.

Sorry had to vent.

I feel your pain. We deal with international freight and domestic shipping. We spend a fortune with shipping companies and still feel like we have a number at the deli counter when we have issues.

Seriously....... I had a package I was waiting for much like you are and it never came. UPS had LOST my package. Tracking had it at the local processing center.

So a few days later IN MY MAILBOX, I get a postcard looking thing from UPS that said ----------- and I'm NOT making this up ...........

Your package could not be delivered do to a missing address label. You can pick up your package at our facility.

im not trying to revive an old thread just adding to it, the bmr bushing inserts have the same problem with the front top, what i found to work very good was push the front top insert in as far as you can, take a small rubber mallot and stick it sideways in between the frame and the top of the front top insert bushing use a small jack and jack up the front corner of the cradle, the jack pushes up the cradle againdt the mallot and presses the bushing right into place the first side took me 30 min of trying diffrent things after i did it this way 2 minutes at most
