Lately I have been listening to Iron Maiden. Made an MP3 disk with every studio recording. The concert is tonight in the Woodlands.

I work at a guitar store as the repair tech, so I listen to loud [mostly crappy] music all day long. Usually, I just listen to my engine on the way home. Way more satisfying to me these days. Maybe I'm just getting old?

Haha, yep... I actually tried that for a while, and I had them off more than on because I have to listen to every guitar that I work on - checking for buzzes, rattles, hums, etc. My bench used to be in the center of the sales floor, and it was maddening. I mean, you have no idea how bad it was... Thankfully, they moved my bench to the back of the warehouse, but I still have to listen to the overhead radio all day and have to frequent the front of the store to talk to customers and get parts from the accessory counter and all that good stuff. If anybody could work just one day at my job, they'd quickly figure out why I drive home in silence!

Lithium, Electric Area, 80's rock, and Symphony or Pops. Nothing like a good symphony piece to calm me down after work...lol. Of course I keep the windows rolled up when I listen to that stuff.

I do love kid rock though, have his stuff on the jump drive.

Sounds like you got it pretty bad..might i suggest some ear plugs? grow your hair out and they'll remain hidden. Just tell people "Speak Up" the music is too loud i can't hear you please speak up! lol.

I have a 160GB iPod with all kinds of music on it. Current ear candy of choice is Metallica, pre St. Anger.

Yes if i can put a smile on someone's face that's having a bad day i'll try. I guess that's why i make these threads so we as a community can share some good times with eachother escape the problems in this crazy world we live in.
