Great job everyone. 20 rooms booked in less than 24hrs.

Rest assured there is TONS of stuff going on behind the scenes that we will be announcing as things go along. Plenty of new and exciting stuff as well. Oh and PS. Friday will be just as happening as Saturday was last time out.

We will also be reaching out to people who have volunteered as well as things progress.

Credit cards can be used right now to secure the room.

Paypal right now is for registering for the event. A credit card option will be available soon but, you may book the room now using the link in the first post.

You sir are correct I would love to keep up this pace and have to have the resort open up another block of rooms for us. I can juse see us overtaking the entire resort

Indeed. 22 rooms already booked in right about 24hrs. Last time we only had 15 rooms booked after 4 months. Then it shot up to about 70+ That is one of the main issues we had at Westgate. Nobody booked for months and months and it looked dead. That is why we had to move the event.

Booking and registering EARLY helps out a HUGE AMOUNT

In order to do an event like this. We have to sign a contract with the resorts. We have to fill X number of rooms or WE the organizers are on the hook for the bill for unused contracted rooms. Pretty scary stuff when you're operating a zero profit event. This is why it is so important to avoid problems and issues.
