Are you certain that it isn't (4) twin-choke (IOW, 2-barrel) Webers?

Using Webers was the more common European approach to multi-carbureted setups.

You could be correct. But that also may have been the early 5.3, I'm thinking up to around '79. And in '80 or so they increased the output. But to be honest in not 100% sure.
