I know there were issues with 2010 chains. I have a 2011 that was made in Oct 2010. I wonder if I could have had a bad chain?

Not to revive this thread from the dead, but I was surprised to come to these forums and see so many people running aftermark underdrive pulleys. Me coming from the import world, we stopped using these forever ago due to harmonics being thrown off and killing oil pumps etc.
The only aftermarket pulley I would put on my car period, would be a ATI fluidampner. Other than that, I will always keep the pulleys stock. I don't know why that seems to be the one thing that the aftermarket arena can't seem to get right, but no sweat off of my back. It's not a huge power adder anyway. |

I went back to stock on the rebuild for just that reason.
