We did 1.25" springs up from and 1" springs in the rear. The convertibles have more weight in the rear and if we had done the 1.25" all around the rear would have sat lower than the front. To achieve a similar look on a coupe all you need is 1.25" all around.

^What he said^. I could not be happier - it is exactly the stance I wanted. I keep looking at the rear and saying "should I have gone lower?" Then look again and say nah...

The ride is definitely stiffer but nowhere near offensive. Feels tighter in a corner now though...

This is a pretty easy install - I followed the directions provided and it went together very well.

is there a "how to" video/link?

I googled "lowering spring install 2010 Camaro" and there were several good videos. I used that and the instructions I found on BMR's website.
