Wait a sec, isnt the Orange interior currently available only available on 2LT and 2SS?? So will the cloth on the seats and the cloth on the doors be green? It'll just be colored cloth instead of actual dyed leather and trimming? Im kinda confused now i didnt even think of this

afaik, it should be just like the IOM Interior package, but in Synergy Green... iirc, the IOM interior package, is leather with colored trim and stitching (can someone confirm this for me??)... i'm just pissed at the fact that its only going to be on a 1LT with no RS. I would love to get a 2SS/RS in Synergy Green...

I TOTALLY agree, and i explained that in further detail than you and everyone tried to bite my head off, lol, muscle cars arent worth buying if they're just V6s, the reason these cars are awsome is because they tear ass and if you fake it with a V6 that like negates the whole purpose of the car in my oppinion

But see im still confused because this Synergy Green will be an interior package like the Orange, but i thought you could only do that on the leather? Now the green here is only available on the 1LT so there will be no leather option and the door panels will be cloth too, so im still confused

It is a "Special edition" 1LT - and it was my understanding it would have green inserts - no fabric.

Good news! It's all a mistake! They can make more V8

Or it's possible that the supplier's price has increased and GM will have a very competitive price point on a 1LT synergy green to compete with Ford and Dodge.
I just checked and I couldn't find a single mention of CAFE in the Constitution!

Typical GM arrogance....don't give the customers what they want....give em what we want them to have.
Even with Fritz gone the things that caused this company so much grief in the marketplace continue on......

Now, let's not go overboard here. They got this thing called the 5th gen that everyone seems to want. I got a Black SS/RS that I would not trade for anything. It is just HOTTNESS!!!!

Then the forum will be full of the V8 owners bitching about how much the V8 costs to drive. At $2.50/ gallon, a V8 is a great deal, but knowing that $4/ gallon is coming, the V6 is a great choice! Believe me I know, I own a 35 ft. motorhome with a Chevy 8.1, and I've filled up 70 gallons at $4.60, at a cost of $320 for 1 fill-up!!! Synergy Green with a V6 is a great way to increase V6 sales, also look to see this special edition pricing out under $30k.
Blah blah blah....

You can get a V6 and get 29MPH and I'll get my V8 and get 25MPG. So, you get a whopping 4MPG better.... That's I'll pay a CRIPPLING 13.79% more for my mile than you.

Oh the humanity!

You're SOOOOO much more frugal than the rest of us!

I'll keep my V8 sound and my Brembos and all my SS goodies and pay the extra and not feel any reason to complain.

Lets just hope they dont do this crap with the Black Edition Camaro or any other "edition" they come out with, otherwise this is gonna get really annoying really quick...and by the way i really like the synergy green color, but i would definatly rather take a primer gray Z/28 over a synergy Green V6 any day...

i have nothing more to say about the Synergy green

LOL, oh jeeze...you're a "glass half empty" kinda guy arent you? Ya know, back when gas was going down in price for the first time i told everyone "at this rate gas will get down below $2" and they all laughed at me and said i was a retard, then it happened...then gas stayed around $2 and everyone said "it'll just be low for the election, just wait til the election is over it'll shoot right back up to $4 or more" again i disagreed, and again i was right and gas stayed low...now every year people say "Just you watch, gas is goin back up to $4 a gallon soon" well what if it takes it 5 or 6 years to go up? And what if then it only goes up to $3 and it takes another 6 years to hit $4? What if it never goes back up to $4 because all the rich snobby pricks on wall-street bailed out of the majority stock on oil companies and arent sucking it dry anymore inflating the prices....the point is you gotta jump to get what you want in life, if you stay back and worry about that stuff you'll never get where you want in life, you'll be so timid about everything you do that you'll always take the reserved route and nothing good or fun will ever come

Cheers to all who bought the V8, you made the right choice, a V6 muscle car isnt a muscle car, its just a lame excuse to make people feel cool while not actually having the real deal

Dude, I could care less what the cost of gas is now or in the future. I think it's safe to say that most V8 owners are not that concerned with the price of gas. If we were, we wouldn't have bought this monster beast of a car in the first place. Driven conservatively( man that's good one ), this car is capable of some pretty good MPG numbers. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the V6 in the Camaro. I indeed think of it as a muscle car. They are BOTH awesome cars in their own right.
