Look at these independent results on the link attached to the first post before choosing. I was going to buy the Hennessey until I saw these. Then chose the C.A.I. induction.

Another Proud CAI Owner

I installed another C.A.I Inc, CAI today. All I can say is from the way she thought it looked to the response on her initial drive and the permagrin () she was sporting when she saw the responsiveness and the sound it gave her 2SS Automatic was worth it. we had ten of us together doing mods here in Mid Ohio (Dayton Area) and a few others were talking about ordering them.

Thanks James for your product and I am sure you will see a post from yet another proud owner.

I am loving mine still.

Watch for an order for a few more things, like back up filter and filter kit.

When I unboxed the filter it looks like there was dent on the smaller diameter end that almost looks like a pencil went through it. I tried to spread it out and even out the cotton or whatever the material is. It is clearly thinner than the rest of the filter there. Am I at risk of having dirt suck in the intake or will it likely be OK. It's not a hole anymore, but clearly thinner. Is this something I should contact CAI about or Jannetty or probably not anything to worry about? I know this is sorta vague?

On a good note, the box that contains the filter is VERY well fit. They made it fit EXACTLY to the car!

The tube and filter do not really fit parallel to the engine lines, it seems to be angled a bit on my car (about 15 degrees from horizontal). I hope that others are similar!

Contact James at CAI about the filter and he will make it right. The angle is not horizontal exactly. Slightly off but meant to be that way due to the box fitting in correctly.

Yes to pre-oiled I believe and they said they were going to have a kit. Need James to answer that one. I will be looking to order too if there is one.
