No questions are stupid. None of (very few) Canadian cars and the dealer V6s listed.

My dealer called me and said my order is pulled and the Camaro will be made next week. He asked me if I had any last minute changes. We confrimed all the options and life is good!

OK, I believe I see my car on the list: 2G1FT1EW2A9102985.
You have no info, other than it's a 2SS manual from Barlow Chevy in Delran, NJ.
There is a name of Rick in the Member's Name column (not mine).
I'm suppose to be #1 priority at Barlow. Been at 3400 since before 3/27.

As a reference my car is a Victory Red 2SS/RS manual with polished wheels and beige interior.

Well, if you don't have a build date, or yours was supposed to be this week but they were delayed, your Camaro hasn't been built yet, thus you wouldn't have a VIN.

I wanted to make a change to my order, but my dealer told me that once the order gets pulled (at 3000 ) that I could not make any more changes. Does anyone know if that is true

Honestly, no one can tell you that definitively. Keep looking at the "list" or hound the hell out of your dealer to update you.

Your car is not going to be built next week if it is just being submitted now. From the Tuesday of submission (eg if your order is being pushed through now) there is at least a 3 week delay before it will be built. We've seen some TPW's pushed back even further. Dealers seem to like to refer to "accepted to production" as being built even though in the real world they're two very different things.

Has your order been accepted to production control? If so, when? If you don't know, contact your dealer to find out the status code of your order and at what date it went that status code. Once it goes 3400, you should see your VIN within a week. But we've seen some take closer to two weeks (more?) even to get built. Production isn't running at full speed and there's still hiccups in the process.
