Was super fun watching all the drag racing going on today. Some damn fast cars...

Congrats to all who raced -- it was really fun to watch...

Hopefully some track prep in the morning before racing begins. Maybe a little more than 60' of prep would make ETs better.

Anyone know what time the different classes are slated to run tomorrow? I'll be in the Super Modified and the M6 Street Tire class. I'll have to swap from drag radials to normal street tires to run the M6 class. I would just like a heads up before they call me to the lanes and I have the wrong tires on.

Could pretty much race, come back around, and race again.

Was that yours that had to pull off near the wall in the left lane today? If so, what happened? That car looked like it was hooking great...

Yes, it was run, come around, and run again! There were times where we in the stands were waiting for the cars to come around again!

That was awesome -- lots of opportunities for the drivers to run!

Was great seeing what me and everyone could do, first time out ever. Was it just me or was the strip a bit slick today.

It WAS slick -- very few could hook up -- those that had slicks (MT with low tire pressure) hooked the best. Looked like the V6's could tree most of the cars, but lost on top end.

I saw a bunch of cars just spin for about the first 60 ft -- lots of power -- no traction -- not sure if it was due to the 'dampness' from the rain and the clouds today...
