I wouldn't be too worried, unless it keeps happening. These cars are so touchy and just about anything will trigger the lights to go off. I had the stabilitrak come on several different times throughout owning this car for various reasons. In cluding a time when my throttle body didn't have a plug completely plugged in....

Ya I know. When I first took it for a test drive the stabilitrack came on after the first hard take off cuz we didn't turn it off.

I was running normal last night without the AFR staying at 14.4-15 while cruising but now it's back to fluctuating. So I thought I got lucky and everything fixed itself. Guess not so I suppose I need to have jrodd check my O2's and get a new one

I thought when we see the stabilitrak message we are supposed to test by doing a burn-out.

Hey All...

My builder came up with a solution for the front bumper support...

We were covering the upper two thirds of my intercooler and I was running 188 degree IAT's... It was pulling a lot of timing...

So here is how we addressed it on my car...

The bottom middle section was cut out, and boxed in, then some sheet metal was inlaid to duct it up to the intercooler, and a deflector was added on top to direct the air into the intercooler... We still have full coverage for the aforementioned insurance claims guy, and it opens up the entire front surface of the intercooler...

We'll have the car running early next week, and I'll be able to report back any findings the week after... Lots to do before the Fest...

Just food for thought...for any folks looking for ideas outside the box...

These pics are taken from underneath the front bumper support...

Now that I like. Seems like it would be safe enough and definitely give better flow. Will definitely be checking that out at Indy.

And fortunately I have just the place to check it out... I'll pull it part way up on the new split tail trailer and you can look to your hearts content... Car is too low to look at it no the ground...

I thought about using a hole saw for metal doors to cut some air passages in mine. Then I came to my senses and realized that would be a waste of a good hole saw. Damn that metal is tough.
