...It's been Ford's turn for the past five years, the Camaro BETTER be able to smoke the mustang. Just wait till Ford's turn again...
I'm confused. Both Camaro and Mustang are redesigned for 2010.

Isn't this Ford's turn right now, too??

Uhhh...have you SEEN photos of the 2010 Mustang?? I own a 2007 GT (soon to depart in favor of a 2SS/RS), and the 2010 styling is hideous. Wasn't broke, didn't need (ahem, cough cough) "fixing".

Am I the only one who thinks the 2010 Refresh for the Mustang is even more retro than the 05-09 S197? Garagelogic showed that uncannily similar interior comparison with the 1968 model and as far as the exterior goes, the similarities are obvious.

I mean yes, the front end is quite different from the Mustangs of yore but when you think about it, the rear tail lights are more reminiscent of past Mustangs since now they have an actual split between them which will come out quite well at night, not to mention the tail light panel is concave like the '67-68 models. But the similarities are most perceptible in profile - the body lines of the 2010 what with the curved hips and smoothed out beltline are even more retro than the 05-09's with their angular features.

I dunno, probably just me. I think the 2010 is more passively retro than the current model if you ask me. The front end's drastic distinction just makes people look past the rest of the similarities.

I don't get why the Mustang owners are just now "freaking out". The LS1 has been handing it to them for the past 7 years anyways.

This is all too darn funny! Mustang owners dont worry about the wierd looking a$$ end of your new stang. Nobody will ever see it anyway.

nice stang bro. the 68 GT/CS is by far my favorite car. i never understood why Ford released it again 39 years later, cudn't wait an extra one to make it 40....and then they didn't even make it as different/special from reg GTs as it deserved

still a nice car tho

enjoy your rivalry boys. stock for stock V6 to V6 and V8 to V8 camaro is winning though. sadly we currently don't have anything above the SS to battle in the High Perfomance grounds
