. Actually looks is the only reason it made my list. If the performance numbers improve on the new 5.7 and they shave some weight off it, I might move it up a little from a distant third to a mid-way third |

I finally obtained an April MT mag' and after reading the review of the G8 vs. the Charger R/T, I think I could dig one of them if I can't afford a Camaro. That car has a good price, handling, and dang near everything else I can tell.
Ponitac FTMFW!!! I still want a Camaro though...

I really like the 335I and the 135I.
the G37 is pretty cool too. my friend has a 335I and got a turbo back/tune. just about 400RWHP. But I take price and after market potential under heavy consideration. So far the Camaro on top. |

The only way I'm not getting a Camaro is if it's too far out of my price range...which would suck...but if that happens...my prospect list will look like this:
1. '00-'02 Camaro SS ----------------------- (I don't want these, last two are under-powered...but all have four doors which make things easier for a family, down the road) 2. Pontiac G8 GT 3. Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart 4. Nissan Altima

As much as I love the handling, performance and quality of German cars, they're only as good as the duration of the new car warranty. After that you can kiss the fun good-bye and look forward to the hefty price-tag that accompanies repair bills and warranty claims. Not cheap to own, that's why most people lease them, that also excludes the fact that they're already expensive enough outright to purchase.

I'm actually thinking of adding the Opel Gt to my list (Pontiac Solstice/Saturn Sky to you Americans), but I'm not quite sure if I'd fit in it. I mean sure there's enough headroom but is there enough legroom for a guy who's 6'3"?

That right there demonstrates why I should really go to bed, lol. Of course that's what I should do, there's a dealer about half a mile away and i think they have one in stock. I think I'll take a walk over tommorow and have a sit.

The Altima...well that's just a cheaper family sedan, and I know I'll be having a family sometime soooo...yeah :P But honestly...until the new Camaro was confirmed for production...my attainable dream car was the '98-02 Camaro SS ...it still is to some extent. Anyway...the last two??
