Fu*k me, just live and let live people. I cant honestly believe that you peole have such little business of your own that you have to worry about where somebody purchased some metal tubes from. I would be ashamed of myself if I acted in such a way. Do what you want and spend your money how you want, I could not care less and neither should anybody else.

Bahaha!!! I just spit my drink out reading that one! I do agree with what some are saying, too me this whole I buy US only is ridiculous to preach when nobody on here buys US only. Then some are saying that they only buy overseas when they have no choice? Really? They should make an APP for these people that feel so compelled to only buy US. That way u can search for everything possible US made only.
You wanna know why US made is even an issue when it comes to "HEADERS"? Bc manufacturers and Vendors that sell them want to push this statement to further drive awareness to push sales. Nothing wrong with that Bc honestly we should be supporting our country. But in today's economy, the US only thing is almost non existent in other categories of goods sold. So why this BOLD STAND ON HEADERS!

I've said it once, ill say it again!! IT REALLY AIN'T THAT SERIOUS!! BUY WHATEVER BRAND MAKES YOU FEEL HAPPY! In the end, LET'S RACE!!! Leave politics to politicians! I'm just a guy buying headers.

But in the same aspect, if this is how you feel, then the same would have to be said for all the other brands outsourced like Pacesetter, Stainless Power, JBA , and OBX. If you dislike OBX Bc they stole Kooks design, then that is a valid and understandable reason to not support them.
FYI..

JBA Headers are not outsourced or overseas so you have your info correct. I have them on my car and they are GREAT quality and I bought stainless and ceramic coated headers for less than all 304ss options other that OBX. I would rather have a 16g 409ss ceramic coated header on my car then a BARE 304SS that would put out much more heat in the engine bay. I figure SLP uses ceramic 409ss and NOBODY complains. Just an FYI..

I just ordered JBA headers & cats, 1" lowering springs, sways bars, cradle bushings and trailing arms for the same price as a set of Kooks with cats.

I'll rest my case on that, peace out.

JBA are good quality headers, however I was informed by several people in the industry that they are not made in the US. I've also seen a few posts here about it and had a vendor that sells many different brands say the same. So if I'm wrong, no biggie, then I was informed wrong, but I don't think I am.
Was not discrediting them at all on quality or performance. I'm all for saving money as long as quality and performance is there!

It's my understanding that JBA headers are made in Mexico.

They are made in Mexico....so "overseas" is technically not correct.

Fair enough. Overseas is the wrong word on that one specific brand so we can just say they are not made in the US. still good headers tho!
