Keep trying. It takes them awhile to get up to speed. I was in your shoes a few months ago.

^They replied in a day or so; They had me waiting months, and a run-around involving the dealer (which IMO isn't the correct procedure).

Follow up: First told in email on Jun2 it would be 4 to 6 weeks... 13 weeks later Still nothing. Just got of the phone wiht customer service and they will be calling me when it ships in the next couple days.....
