Tell them to screw. The V6 is rated by Wards Automotive as one of the 10 best engines in the world. It is one of the only direct injection engines not costing a gagillion dollars. It is more powerful then the V8 in the Mustang GT. It is the engine put into the Caddy CTS that has excellent reviews. Its what makes you happy

When a car is known for it's muscle, picking the option with less muscle gets you crap. It's just the way it is. We can all sit around in this forum and coonvince ourselves the V6 is just as good as the V8 but sooner or later we have to step out in the real world and get crap from people who don't like V6 muscle cars.

easy answer...through 2009 the Mustang GT with V8 had 300HP! Did anyone question why they would only buy a 300HP car? Of course not, so be proud of your 304 ponies and 29MPG.

I think the V6 would be a no brainer for alot of people if the camaro was lighter but being so heavy kind of negates it being a 305 HP V6 makes it more like a 250 HP vehicle.
