Incompetence has nothing to do with it. The fastest I have driven a car is about 254km/hr, I could have went faster but I had to slow down because I was running out of road. This was not in a manual it was an automatic.

At these speeds it will not matter if it is in an auto or a manual, no amount of shifting is going to prevent a crash if you lose it.

I have also driven my fair share of manual vehicles, why drive one if I don’t have to.

Just my 2 cents.

Lets face it driving a stick requires more practice in any type of racing.[/QUOTE]

This is what it boils down to, "PRACTICE". It's not some special skill that some seem to think they have, sure there are some who can't drive a manual, most can learn and with "PRACTICE" most can get quite good at it.

Just because you're a disabled vet don't mean you can't be a sissy. I'm a disabled vet with over 20 years of service and I'm not a sissy. But that's because I drive a manual, not because I'm a disabled vet... LOL

Don't you get tired of vets using thier status to justify EVERYTHING? LOL

If you can't drive a stick, just say you can't drive a stick... No need for visual aids.

And by the way. The math is. 1st gear, 2nd gear, 3rd gear, let me know if i lose you here... 4th gear, 5th gear and 6th gear.

You obviously need it since your so butt hurt your talking nonsence. I think some has been beat by an auto one too many times. Think its tme to trade in for something that fits your personality better... Civic maybe?

I didn't think you could get more disrespectful, but I was wrong...
Even if you were trying to be funny, that is not one bit funny there.

Ok., SOME vets abuse thier status. This is not the case in this thread.
