There is a procedure posted by fbodfather to receive missing zl1 certificates . Enter (procedure for missing zl1 certificates) in search engine . Follow instructions .This worked for me . Hopefully it will work for z28 owners .

Still have not received mine. Bought it new in December 2014 and is a 15 model. I guess it must not be coming or I would have received it by now. You guys who got one are the lucky ones!

I got mine in less than a month. Bought on June 24th, had the certificate before leaving on vacation last week.

I just got my certificate in the mail. I bought my car off the showroom floor about three weeks ago. When I asked the dealer about the certificate , they knew nothing about it......just showed up in the mail.

Do any of you know who to get in contact with to get one? Maybe I should ask, who else did not get one and is yours a 15 model? Maybe the time period I bought mine they stopped sending them out?

Yes! It arrived about 2 weeks after I took delivery of the car.

We both took delivery immediately prior to Thanksgiving but ours took a couple more weeks than 69L48Z27 (about a month). Probably due to how dealership reported.
