This is a fairly easy mod. I read about it in the morning and by nightfall it was done. The hardest part was soldering the wires, but even that wasn't remotely intimidating. Okay, let me get to the point of my reply.
>To do this mod you simply peel back the electrical tape on the wires of your MAF.
>Peel back the shielding or cut neatly to expose the individual wires.
>Locate the brown and blue wires. Now cut them as they lead to the IAT located in the MAF assembly.
>Mount the sensor you bought at the parts store where you find beneficial. I mounted mine on the inside of my short ram intake scoop. (You may have to drill)
>Connect the wires from the IAT sensor you bought and the brown and blue wires from earlier. It does not matter which wires connect in which order.
> You definitely want to make sure you use heat shrink, electrical tape, or some kind of shielding to replace the shielding you removed in step one. (If you hear any feedback once you turn on your car, check that the cables are properly soldered together.)
Pm me if you have any questions i will try to help as much as i can

For all you new 5th gen LT owners....look up all of scrming's threads. Many of us original 5th gen LT owners took his advice and worked with him to get some crazy stuff done

Scrming is a legend. Also search for Trifecta Tuning.
